Registration and Submission
Author instructions and
links to important websites will be provided by the
notification of acceptance. As indicated in the

who register AND follow the instructions that appeared
in the notification of acceptance by the extended
deadline of June 1, 2014, will have their papers
published in the proceedings that will be distributed to
attendees on site at the conference.
Authors who are unable to do the above by June 1 BUT can
register and follow the instructions that appeared in
the notification of acceptance by June 30, 2014, Will
have their papers published in the Final edition of the
proceedings which goes to press after the conference (in
late September) - we would then ship such authors the
printed copy of the final edition as soon as it becomes
available. The Final edition of the proceedings is the
same as preliminary edition except for the addition of
one section at the end of the proceedings.
will be published by CSREA Press in hardcopy. The proceedings
are distributed at the conference
Proceedings of DMIN will be published in printed
conference books (ISBN) and will also be made available
online. The proceedings will be indexed in science
citation databases that track citation frequency/data
for each published paper (science citation databases
such as: Inspec / IET / The Institute for Engineering &
Technology; The French National Center for Scientific
Research, CNRS, INIST databases, PASCAL (covers the core
scientific literature in Science; about 90% of
inclusions are journals; only about 9% are proceedings;
worldcomp tracks are selected to be among the 9% -
accessable from INIST, Datastar, Dialog, EBSCO, OVID,
Questel.Orbit, Qwam, and STN International); and others.
Though, there is no guarantee that the proceedings will
also be included in EI Compendex/Elsevier indexings, in
the past, worldcomp tracks were included in these
databases. Therefore, we will also be sending the
proceedings for indexing procedures to EI Compendex/Elsevier.
The printed proceedings/books will be available for
distribution on site at the conference.
The proceedings/books of
DMIN have been evaluated for inclusion into science
citation index / SCI databases. We are happy to report
that so far, the evaluation board of science citation
index databases have APPROVED the indexing, integrating,
and inclusion of DMIN into relevant Elsevier indexing
databases (Elsevier indexing databases include, among
www.info.scopus.com; SCI Compendex, Engineering
www.info.embase.com; and others). In addition,
proceedings will be indexed by a number of other science
citation databases that track citation frequency/data
for each paper.
